Dinah is driven; having
grown up and seen the sufferings of women in her country and countries where
she sojourned, Dinah seems to be propelled by a desire to undo the pain that
these sufferings have left. There is no wonder therefore that Dinah dreams of
doing things that are covertly and overtly aimed at poverty alleviation.
Prior to graduating
from college, Dinah began her real estate career with her father's company inCairo, Egypt. One of her Primary projects has been the revitalization of the
foreclosed complexes in Downtown Cairo, which her father had purchased for 2.3million
pounds in 1975. Both became involved in the project and with a $375,000.00
investment, turned the 1,640-unit complex's occupancy rate from 34% to 100%.
At age 21, she made
a successful commercial foray into entertainment business, investing hundreds
of thousands of Dollars to become the co-producer of "The diligence
lounge" located in St Laurent, Montreal. In 2008, Dinah moved to Toronto,
where she became involved in larger construction projects, and used attractive architectural
design to win public recognition. Dinah is known to
have traveled the world, and made businesses all over Europe and the Middle
East. She gained notoriety and fame in 2008, following several the investments
of millions of dollars in the GTA real estate industry.

establish some international offices in several cities including New York City,
US.

is renovating a building that would become the Dinah Plaza in Hugharda, Cairo, Egypt and is expected to be

several of her associates, she completed the development of the Four Seasons
Hotels and Resort, in Cairo Egypt estimated at 410 million pounds. The project
involved complicated negotiations with different parties, for the land, and the
ISPS above a neighboring building. When negotiations were completed in 2005,
"Al Akhbar" (Lebanon) wrote;
"...That Mrs. Dinah Lilia Mansour was
able to obtain the location, is glowing testimony of her persistence and her skills
as a negotiator."
Favorable reviews of
the building’s design helped convince the city to approve the project. Dinah
hired the famed,’ Zaha Hadid Architectural Services’, to manage the building's
construction. That along with several other choice properties have become the
hallmark of Dina’s Accomplishment in Egypt.
In 2009, Dinah
joined the Rooya Group for the structural stonework of the Stone Towers Cairo.

is certainly one of the richest European/Arabic Canadian business women in
Canada. In her usual and characteristic unassuming nature, she has denied any
and all such claims to wealth.
